Vivid Sprout provides education consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Educational guidance and counseling
• University application assistance
• Visa application support
• Scholarship guidance
• Pre-departure and post-arrival services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Vivid Sprout, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
• Meet all deadlines specified by universities and immigration authorities
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in the service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Refund policies are outlined in individual agreements
• Additional costs (application fees, visa fees, etc.) are the client's responsibility

5. Limitation of Liability

Vivid Sprout's liability is limited as follows:

• We provide guidance based on our expertise and experience
• Final admission and visa decisions rest with relevant institutions and authorities
• We cannot guarantee admission to any specific institution
• We are not liable for changes in immigration policies or university requirements

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. We will not disclose personal information except:

• With client's written consent
• To educational institutions for application purposes
• To government agencies for visa processing
• When required by law

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vivid Sprout and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become due immediately
• Client documents will be returned within 30 days
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

9. Force Majeure

Vivid Sprout is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or changes in immigration policies.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
